Participation of Spices Board in the International Trade Fairs for the FY 2022-23

- Selection will be based on First come - First Serve basis. Interested Exporters shall send their e-mail request to publicity.sb-ker@gov.in and copy to prathyush.tp@nic.in on or before 5.00 pm of 25th July 2022.
- Details of participation fee shall be communicated to the exporter on receipt of their interest of participation.
- Submission of applications does not guarantee allocation of space. Allocation of space is subject to the availability and approval from the Fair Organizing Authorities, wherever, applicable.
- The exporter shall be provided with one Glass counter table / two chairs / Fascia Name / one branding option/brochure stand etc.
- Board will try allocating individual counter to exporters in all the fairs depending on the number of Exporters participating under Spices Board pavilion.
- Preference will be given for the first time Participants, Spices Exporters from North Eastern Region and SC/ST Exporters.
- The Board will be arranging for co-participation in the Board's stall only. All arrangements related to travel, visa, boarding and lodging, local conveyance and all other expenses shall be borne by the participating exporter.
- Once the exporter is selected for participation, exhibitor passes will be issued to only two officials representing the company.
- The Board reserves the right to make necessary changes in the terms and conditions of co participation. The decision of Spices Board regarding the allotment of space and all matters related to the co participation will be final and binding.
- The interested Exporters shall share their e-mail request in the following format;
