Green Masala Grilled Fish

A greenish grilled fish with the fresh fragrance of spices & raw mangoes and not chilli hot

Ingredients                               

1. Fillet of Snapper/ Bral – 10mm Steals

2. Ginger garlic paste                

3. Seedless green chilli paste     

4. Curry leaf paste                    

5. Green mango paste               

6. White pepper                       

7. Lime juice                            

8. Refined oil                            

9. Salt

Method

1.  Apply items 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 on to the fish and leave in refrigerator for 30 minutes till the 

     flavour and colour gets infused into the fish.

 

2.  Grill in a well-cleaned skillet turning just once, so that the fish retains the green and golden

     brown grill marks.

 

3.  Serve hot, garnished with onion rings. Thickened Kerala green gravy may be given 

     separately.
