Dosa

 It is a wholesome dish of fermented rice and lentil batter griddled like a break fast hot cake. Served with Coconut Chutney and Sambar.

1.    Raw rice                             
2.    Black gram dal                    
3.    Gingely oil                           
4.    Onion chopped                   
5.    Green chilly chopped           
6.    Tomato chopped

 Method      

1.    Soak raw rice  for 12 hours. Soak the black gram dal  separately

 

2.    Grind them separately and mix together. Keep over night for fermenting naturally.

 

3.    Make small thick uthappams on the griddle, put the toppings and cook on both sides.
