Method 1. Wash and clean the vegetables and cut up into long pieces.
2. Cook in a pan with just sufficient water .Add turmeric and curry leaves.
3. Grind coconut coarsely with green chillies and cumin. Mix well with curd.
4. When vegetables are cooked add the salt, coconut and curd mixture.
5. Bring to boil on a slow fire and stop the fire.
6. Add fresh coconut oil and stir well and remove from fire. |
