Samples drawn from export consignments of chilli powder and other products containing chillies, in terms of our Circular No.MD/CHI/01/03 dated 9th October 2003 would henceforth be analyzed for presence of Sudan II, III and Scarlet Red (Sudan IV) also.

The Exporters of Chilly and Chilly products

This has reference to the Circular of even number dated 19th March 2004. Samples drawn from export consignments of chilli powder and other products would be analyzed for presence of Sudan II, III and Scarlet Red (Sudan IV). The cost of analysis is Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) per sample and the same will be debited to the exporter.
