Ingredients
Chicken - 500 gms
Onion Large - 2
Cumin Seeds - ¾ T.Sp
Tomato Large - 1
Red Chilly Powder - 1 T.Sp.
Juice of 1 big Lemon - 2 T.Sp.
Coriander Powder - 2 T.Sp.
2 Whole Red Chillies (Optional) -
Fennel Seed - 1 T.Sp.
Bay Leaf - 2
Black Pepper Powder - 1 T.Sp.
Fennel Seed - ¾ T.Sp.
White Poppy Seeds - 1 T.Sp.
Urad Dal - 1 T.Sp.
Garlic - 4 clmes
Chana Dal - 1 T.Sp.
Ginger - 1 piece
Curry Leaves -
Turmeric Powder - ¼ T.Sp.
Oil & Salt as required
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Cloves - 4
Grind all this masala together
Method of Preparation
Cut Chicken to medium piece. Grind together the onion, cumin seeds, red chilly powder, coriander powder, aniseeds, pepper, poppy seeds, garlic, ginger, turmeric powder, cinnamon, cardamom and clove.Take a dish, add four tab. Sp oil in it, add whole red chilly, dal, aniseed and curry leaves. Microwave at 100 percent power for two minutes. Add the ground masala paste, salt and mix well. Microwave for eight minutes. Add the chicken mix and microwave for 12 minutes. Standing in lime juice four minutes. “Add 2 ½ cup for water. Microwave at 70 percent power for ten minutes covered. Garnish with green coriander.
This dish will taste best with plain rice, dosa, Malabar parathos, appam and iddiappam. |
