VII Particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by, the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its Policy or implementation thereof.
Farmers/Exporters/Labour Unions have the following representation on the Board:
Seven members to represent the growers of spices;
Ten members to represent the exporters of spices;
and
One member to represent spices labour interests.
These Members are involved in the deliberations on policy matters while taking decisions.
Task forces have been setup for individual spices for their promotion with representation from exporters.
