EXTENSION ADVISORY SERVICE

This scheme envisages provision of technical guidance/support to growers through regular field visits, farmers’ meetings, group discussions, seminars and preparation and distribution of technical literature on identified topics mostly in vernacular languages. The technical personnel attached to the Development Department are engaged in this programme.
